Have you noticed that everything online is overcomplicated lately? There are A.I. suggestions all over and these weird prompts that pop up . . . don’t you just miss the simpler days?
A post is going viral that asks the question to anyone that used the early internet, “What’s one app or website that you’ll never forget?”
So, for all you nostalgic folks out there, here are some of the best websites that you used to spend way too much time on:
1. Myspace
2. Neopets
3. AOL Instant Messenger
4. Ask Jeeves
5. Napster
6. Geocities
7. eBaum’s World
8. Live Journal
9. Yahoo Games. Someone said, “I used to play cribbage against strangers until 4AM in my basement apartment.”
10. And Chat Roulette
(Also, shoutout to “Hamster Dance.” You can check out the rest of the list here.)
