Today we caught up with our friend Taylor Stevens. It’s always so great to see what she’s been up to. Since we last spoke, Taylor is back from a couple of trips she took to Washington DC, where she lobbied for home care and accompanied vets with the Land Of Lincoln Honor Flights.
Since she is so busy most of the time, it’s important for her to take time for herself. Taylor has recently realized the importance of self care and remembering to take care of your self. She said it perfectly – if your cup is empty, how will you be able to help anyone else?
All in all, it was a great conversation and an important reminder that no matter how busy life gets, its always important to take care of yourself.
