The Springfield Underwater Search & Rescue Team recently upgraded their resources by purchasing two new boats, two new motors and a new dual axle twin stack boat trailer manufactured by Recue One from South Side, Alabama for search & water operations.
The purchases were made possible by two grants. One from the Gary Sinese Foundation for $30,000 and the other from Constellation, the owner of the Clinton Nuclear Power Plant for $40,000.
